Yellow Ribbon Eligibility
The University of Dayton is proud to be a Yellow Ribbon Program participant.
Undergraduate students receiving Post 9/11 GI Bill® and Yellow Ribbon have their cost of tuition completely covered in fall and spring. While graduate programs vary, most qualified graduate students will experience the same.
- Are you a veteran eligible for Chapter 33 Post 9/11 benefits at the 100% level (served at least 36 months during a qualifying period, or less than 36 months but discharged due to a combat injury and awarded a Purple Heart)?
or - Are you a dependent eligible for the VA's Fry Scholarship (the veteran was killed in active service or as a result of a service connected disability while serving in the selected reserve) ?
or - Are you a dependent eligible for Transfer of Entitlement under the Chapter 33 Post 9/11 benefit at the 100% level (the veteran served at least six years on active duty and committed to four more years in order to transfer the benefit)?
